Word...
COVENANT
When
I was thinking about what is the Word for you
this month, I was pondering about the goodness of
God and of how He keeps His Word. Jesus Himself
is the manifestation of the Word, of the Covenant
God had promised and spoken of for centuries. And
this month, as we celebrate the manifestation of
the birth of The Promise, it came back to what I
was reminded of this year, covenant.
God
is a convenant keeping God. Everything hinges on
God's Word. And so, as we approach Christmas with
great awe, let's also remember that on God's Word
we can depend.
Below
is part one of the lessons taught on Covenant
prayer. If you would like to take the online
course, please send an email to pb@acts1614.org . Either myself or an
associate will be teaching the course. The cost:
your time. It's worth the expense of this 10 week
boot camp on prayer. I took it myself and saw
such an "improvement" (prayer
manifestations were quicker), that I taught it to
an international class last quarter. I'm looking
forward to you joining the group next month. Your
experience is invaluable and I gurantee you will
not be the same again.
I
bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus, Who is,
Who was, and Who forever will be. I decree the
eyes of your understanding be enlighten by the
power of the Word. In Jesus name, so be it.

A
covenant-life is a steadfastly committed one, and
when we understand principles of covenant, we may
more effectively enter into covenant prayer.
After studying the term, you may notice that
"blood" is a constant in
"covenant." As fallen man was clothed
with skins of animals sacrificed by God Himself,
so the blood of the Lamb was shed to clothe in
the righteousness of Jesus every member of
mankind who will receive God's free Gift.

A
COVENANT-KEEPING GOD
___________________________
We
serve a covenant-keeping God. Entering into
covenant with Him is an exciting dimension to
prayer. Today, we benefit from the blessings of
past covenants. Let's look at the wells of
revival that today are being re-dug. This term is
taken from Isaac's experience in re-digging wells
his father Abraham had dug but which the enemy
had filled up. As we do the same in our
generation, we find that the blessings promised
to our spiritual forefathers who started
ministries in various parts of the world start
coming again, this time to us. That's because God
is a covenant-keeping God. When through our
repentance and prayers for revival in specific
areas God hears our prayers, the original
blessings bestowed on that physical area and in
that area of ministry will come to us. That's
re-digging the wells. We live in an exciting time
where we may avail of the promised blessings of
past covenants. One aspect of covenants is that
it is based on relationship. Another is that God
offers the covenant and its terms and is the One
who keeps it for our sakes. In your activation
this week, you'll have opportunity to call on
God's covenant promises made to Abraham and to
Israel through Moses. Isn't that exciting? And
what did you have to do to earn them?
